I created the website to more easily collect together and share some of my thoughts on sustainability, digitalisation and business development. And of course on how I could help you and your organisation be more impactful both in terms of financial value creation and supporting a healthier planet.

**Why I started Ernesto Insights**
For over 15 years, I’ve worked in the fields of sustainability, software development and industrial manufacturing, both in startups and large stock-listed companies [(LinkedIn)](https://linkedin.com/in/ernestohartikainen). I keep seeing the same challenges: the difficulties in adopting new technologies and integrating sustainability as a core part of financial value creation. I founded Ernesto Insights to help businesses and individuals overcome those obstacles.

**What I bring to the table**
I combine technological expertise and entrepreneurial skills to develop and improve business processes with a very practical, collaborative approach. My goal is to deliver insights that translate into action and results.

**Why work with me**
What sets Ernesto Insights apart is that I can leverage my experience in a multitude of different roles, from expert to CEO, and industry sectors, from private to public, allowing me to put myself in various roles when developing solutions to your specific challenges. I want to help you succeed.

**What’s next**
This part of my website is where I share ideas, lessons-learned, and resources that can help you and your organisation thrive. If any of my insights resonate, let’s talk — I’d love to explore how Ernesto Insights can support your journey.
